Optional Activities

Besides our free activities, we also offer a variety of optional activities at an extra-cost, that usually take place in the weekend. You will find below the activities we are proposing on 2019.

Please note that the ÉÉF reserves the right to cancel (and reimburse) any activity if there is not enough participation.

Saturday, June 22nd

Trip to Montréal

Cost: $35

On this free day in Montréal, you will be able to explore the city on your own or follow the monitors that will be there to guide you!

* The activity only includes transportation. We use yellow buses, this allows us to offer the activity cheaper (comparable to $63 with a regular bus).


Sunday, June 23rd

Treetop Adventure

Cost: $45

On this adventure day, we will explore a variety of setups and zip lines with an increasing degree of difficulty.

Besides the monitors, there will also be specialized instructors there to help you, so no need to worry, even if you have never done this before!


Monday, June 24th

Escaparium – Escape game

Cost: $23

Enjoy an entertaining experience at the Escaparium, an escape game where you will have to rack your brains – in French! – to meet a daunting challenge: get out of the room in 1 hour to the minute!n!


Saturday, June 29th

Trip to Québec City

Cost: $50

Enjoy this free day in the wonderful city of Quebec. Visit its historical sites, shops, picturesque streets, museums, shows, street performers and much more!

The activity only includes transportation. Visits and activities will be offered by the team of monitors.

Departure: early in the morning

Return: late evening


Saturday, June 30th

Day at the water park Ski Bromont

Cost: $50

Come refresh yourself at the water park Ski Bromont, known for its many water slides, its huge wave pool, and sled mountain! Guaranteed pleasure!  The price includes transportation and entrance fee.

Departure: mid-morning

Return: early evening


Monday, July 1st

Afternoon at O-Volt (bouldering and trampoline evening)

Cost: $16

Come spend your energy overload during a half-day of physical activity at the O-Volt Center! Block climbing, Olympic trampolines and Ninja courses await you under the guidance of a qualified instructor!

The price includes the entrance fee and the game

Departure: early afternoon

Return: late afternoon


Sunday, July 6th

Foresta Lumina (Multimedia Forest Trail) and outdoor discovery of the area

Cost: $50

Add a touch of magic to your Explore experience by taking the trails of Foresta Lumina, an illuminated nighttime trail that builds Coaticook Gorge Park’s reputation! Enjoy the day by discovering this beautiful region of the Eastern Townships. On the program: visit the Louis S. St. Laurent National Historic Site, climb Mont Pinacle, stop at Lyster Lake Beach, stop at the Coaticook Creamery and experience Foresta Lumina. This day will captivate both nature and culture lovers!

The price includes admission tickets and transportation.

Saturday, July 7th

Discovery of the Memphrémagog area and a vineyard

Cost : $45

The Magog region, located just 30 minutes from Sherbrooke, is renowned for its enchanting landscapes, majestic Lake Memphremagog and unique gourmet products. This day of discovery includes: a walk to the marais de la Rivière aux Cerises, a free tour of downtown Magog and a wine tasting in a vineyard.

Weekend activity! (July 13th and 14th)

Weekend camping at the Baie des sables tourist resort

Cost: $10

To finish the Explore program in beauty, we will go on a weekend camping trip at the Baie des sables tourist resort. Different activities will be proposed: water activities, swimming, hiking, BBQ dinner near a bonfire and sing and jam under the starlight. You will also get the opportunity to do a course of hebertism.

The ÉÉF team is bringing the tents so all you need to sleep is your sleeping bag.

Included: transport, tents, meals, snacks and watercraft. Paying activity: Hebertism course
